Location is excellent as it is very close to bhutan immigration office. Food is also very nice. The only problem I found was is in service. You have to call multiple times at reception to be picked up and similarly at breakfast, you need to ask again and again for filling up of empty food items

A big thank you to mr vi-key pradhan, the hotel manager who has helped me a lot to get my refund. I also thank the hotel reception who had arranged the guide and travel from phuentsholing and back as per my budget. The food is also good. The hotel staffs are very well behaved and polite. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

The hotel is located near the bhutan gate in phuentsholing. Rooms are spacious. The ambiance is good, they have a rooftop restaurant.

This hotel at phuntsholing is very nice. Staff behaved well. Attached restaurant served good food. We enjoyed the stay.

I booked deluxe double room but the bed was too small to sleep for two people, it was not a deluxe room but like a room in small guest house absolutely no variety in breakfast, total waste of money to pay for including breakfast
